1. Membership Refunds

We stand behind the value of Small Market REI. However, due to the digital nature of the community, resources, and immediate access to our network, we generally do not offer refunds on membership fees once processed.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

3. Exceptions

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the community, or if there is a billing error on our end, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue or issue a refund if appropriate.
